Evidence before claims
Base findings on dated receipts, published terms, regulator records and documented tests. Distinguish direct observations from operator claims and unverified reports. Clearly label illustrative content and do not present illustrative results as completed testing.
Independent review
A named author prepares the review and a separate editor checks the evidence, calculations and material claims. Disclose conflicts of interest. Commercial teams and operators do not set scores or approve editorial verdicts.
Corrections and updates
Correct material errors promptly, explain what changed and keep a dated correction record. Recheck reviews after significant licence, ownership, payment or safety changes. re-test cadence: every 90 days.
Player reports and privacy
Treat complaints as leads, not proof. Seek supporting records and an operator response before drawing conclusions. Redact identity documents, account details and wallet information that could identify a player.
Responsible coverage
Do not promise wins or describe gambling as income. Explain restrictions and risks alongside offers. Our licence tiers are an editorial framework, not legal advice or a guarantee of protection.
